Delete my Oryva account
You can delete your account here, without the app. Deletion is immediate and final. It is also possible in the app: Account → “Delete my account”.
What is deleted at once
Your account: email address, password, Google sign-in
Your connected devices and their sessions
Your synced data: encrypted sources, favourites, profiles, progress
Your subscription paid on oryva.org, cancelled: no further payment
What is kept, and for how long
10 yearsPayments and invoices (accounting obligation)
5 yearsProof of the terms accepted (defence in case of dispute)
3 yearsSupport requests, after they are closed

This data is used only for these purposes, then erased automatically. Privacy policy
A subscription taken in Google Play is cancelled in the Play Store: deleting the account does not stop it. No longer have access to your email address? Write to [email protected], from an address we can verify.

Your account is deleted
A confirmation goes to your address. On your devices, Oryva signs out the next time it opens.
